The property is divided into a main house and guest house that are connected by a year round glass roof patio with lounge and dining areas, a fireplace and a barbecue. Equally inviting in both winter and summer is the outdoor hot tub. The home features a pool table, a home theater system and an exercise room.
The stunning great room opens to the deck and has floor-to-ceiling views of the mountains and a peaceful pine and birch forest. Two sofas and leather wingback chairs gathered around the hearth. The adjacent media room tucks the television into an ornate wooden cabinet and has bar-style seating facing the kitchen. A long table and lofty ceilings give the formal dining area the feel of a great hall, while a banquette tucked into a bay window in the fully equipped kitchen is perfectly cozy for casual breakfasts and lunches.
There is one bedroom in the main house and six in the guest house; all have en-suite bathrooms and all except one have king beds. The master suite in the main house has its own jetted tub, walk-in closet and a sitting area with a gas fireplace. In the guest house, one of the bedrooms has a kitchenette. The only bedroom without a king bed is in the guest house and has two twin beds.
